It is worth watching before you travel to Ireland.. It really does capture the magic of the Emerald Isle. This is in Cong which is on the western coast of Ireland on Connemara. It is just north of Galway. Very beautiful.

That is Larry and some friends we traveled with.
That is Elaine ( me ) kissing the Blarney stone. NOT easy! The stone happens to be at the TOP of the castle on the outside wall! You have to lean down backward and hold on to bars and stretch out and kiss the stone... Not a feat for the weak hearted... Yes I did it! Two different trips... One is was with my mom!

This is near Cong...in Connemara. It is the Quiet Man cottage from the movie... This is the country location of it. They film from different locations depending on the shots... I LOVE to come here... That's me on the bridge.
Ok..so we are in Limerick driving down the street and what do we see but a sign that says Texas on it.. We have to stop!
Shelli, Jason and Josh scoffing at the menu... It was so funny and nothing in there resembled Texas food... The tortillas were a pound a piece which is $2 American money!

They also sell Waterford Crystal...and I love that stuff!

We really like getting our cash from the ATM machines... They give you the most current exchange rate and easy to do... Any bank has one in front of it.

I am on top of Cliffs of Moher. Thought I would freeze...and it is May. 70 mph hour winds...omgosh!
