Winter Wonderland

I know it is summer... duh... 

but all the more reason to remember our amazing ...

once in a lifetime Winter Wonderland!   This is Texas!!

I don't remember a prettiier winter in my life in Texas

IT  IS  HOT  IN  TEXAS!!

SO LETS REMEMBER OUR WINTER....

Have you ever in your life in Texas...seen anything so beautiful!!!   

AMAZING!

What a shock to wake up to!!

12 INCHES OR MORE!

VERY DEEP!

Look at that sky. 

So beautiful and blue!!

Amazing!   The weight of the snow broke tree limbs. 

WE COULDN"T PARK IN THE BACK DRIVE

 BECAUSE THE SNOW WAS SO DEEP!

NO HEAT EXCEPT THE FIREPLACE

KATE LOVED IT

The weight on the wires made the power go down so

we became pioneers for the day. 

You can see the teapot in the fireplace where we boiled

Kate's formula water and the skillet with waffle in it.  :) 

Love remembering this wonderful time!
