What a wonderful Holy Week we had! Despite all the hurdles we had to literally leap over....we made it to Allelujia day... the day Christ rose from the grave for each of us...and that is something to sing HIS praises about!!
Here is a bit of a recap of the week....
....Tuesday of Holy Week we all gathered at Johnathan's school to watch his first grade passion play. He was playing the part of the apostle John. After arriving we were sent to the sanctuary because a powerful storm system moved in quickly and when tornados were on the ground all the Dallas area schools went into lockdown.. Many businesses and retail stores did the same... After several hours we discovered there were 13 tornados in all and they were scattered all around the Dallas area... Arlington and Forney were hardest hit...and nearly anybody could see the funnel clouds dipping and swirling all over town... We finally went home and began to discover the damage. The good news was there were no fatalities ...but there was a great deal of damages to homes... Our family was safe...and our homes were not hurt.
Wednesday we all trooped up to John's school to do it again...and this time viewed his amazing play. He was St. John the apostle...

Saturday night we gathered at Justin's church for his first Holy Communion at the Easter Vigil.
